During that time, he has represented sellers as the listing agent on over 750 transactions and has earned numerous awards and recognitions for his performance. During the 2008 mortgage crisis, Mike developed proprietary loss-severity analysis tools to help lenders forecast foreclosure outcomes across large loan portfolios. His in-house methodology incorporates data on eviction timelines, delinquency rates, crime statistics, and market valuations—providing lenders with critical insights for effective REO asset management under stringent regulatory standards. Today, he maintains strong relationships with more than 35 sophisticated lending institutions—local, national, and global—managing valuation and disposition strategies for their diverse portfolios.

On the commercial and development fronts, Mike has led numerous high-profile projects: the lease conversion of a 30+-unit townhome community in the western Twin Cities; a 150+-unit condominium conversion in Minnesota; zoning approvals for a 50,000-square-foot religious facility; and the negotiation of a 20+-unit single-family development with major lenders. He has overseen a 100-acre land reconfiguration in southern Minnesota, managed a 20-unit apartment complex in the Twin Cities, and structured major easements and utility agreements for new developments. His leadership has driven complex projects from concept to completion, including securing a $10 million refinancing that underscores his role as a trusted advisor for sophisticated real estate transactions.
