Exceptional luxury villa custom finished by Charles Cudd in 2018, offering refined main-level living in a private wooded setting just minutes from downtown Excelsior. Walls of windows fill the home with natural light, while a stunning wood-burning fireplace with custom stone surround and built-ins anchors the great room. The gourmet kitchen features marble surfaces, top-of-the-line appliances, a large center island and butler’s pantry. A sun-filled four-season room overlooks the peaceful setting, while a private main-floor office with French doors provides an ideal workspace. The luxurious main-level primary suite offers a relaxing retreat. Walkout lower level includes two additional bedrooms plus a versatile flex room. Enjoy a heated, finished 3-stall garage, spacious deck with spiral staircase to an extended patio, and private HOA access to Schutz Lake with a community pontoon. Luxury, privacy and lake-community living near the heart of Excelsior!
